A year of smiles!

We at SabTera,
would like to thank all of you who donated so generously to Scott’s Birthday
campaign.

Dev’s life will be full of smiles for a year thanks to your support!

Dev, who is
almost five, lives in Janta Colony (a semi-slum colony on the outskirts of Chandigarh, from where
most of the children at our school come from). His father is a daily wage worker
in the city.

Dev is our
school’s budding story-teller. His vivid imagination holds everyone in thrall –
be it the story of a dinosaur’s tryst with a little dog or how when Dev tripped
and fell, it wasn’t he who got hurt but the ground which bore the pain..

With your
generous support, we will be able to fund an entire year of Dev’s education –
this also includes pick-up/drop from his place of residence to the school, art
and music classes and healthy and nutritious snack and full-meal.

Thanks to your
support, we hope to achieve our vision of empowering communities in Punjab
through education and livelihoods programs. We invite you to visit Sabtera in the future and experience in person the joy of Dev’s smiles.
